🧠 How can we help the machine to help us?

At the recent IWOAR 2025 workshop in September, Dr. Andrea Bontempelli of the TRUMAN project (University of Trento) tackled this question.

Presenting the paper “Help the machine to help you: an evaluation in the wild of egocentric data cleaning via skeptical learning,” the team (including Matteo Busso, Leonardo Javier Malcotti, and Fausto Giunchiglia) demonstrated methods for improving egocentric data quality.

This presentation took place within the iWOAR workshop organized by fellow TRUMAN members from the University of Twente, Özlem Durmaz Incel and Jeroen Klein Brinke.
